To help you get to know Central Oregon a little better, we've listed some of the neighborhoods in around the various areas of Sunriver, La Pine, Bend, Redmond, and Sisters.

Sunriver Oregon Neighborhoods -
Sunriver is actually a resort area that sits just 10 miles south of Bend, Oregon, surrounded by National Forest and the Deschutes River. Families have been coming to vacation in Sunriver for over 25 years, making it one of the most popular vacation areas in all of Central Oregon. Sunriver offers a resort style of living with golf courses, tennis courts, over 30 miles of paved walking paths and bike trails, shopping and dining in the Sunriver Village Mall, iceskating, mini-golf, a day spa, horse stables and a marina. While many of the full-time residents actually live outside of the Sunriver resort area, those who have homee within the resort area usually have a failry quiet life because most of the homes in Sunriver are second homes owned by out of area residents who may only visit a few times a year, or who choose to have their home managed by a Sunriver property management company who will rent out their home to those who are seeking a Sunriver resort vacation rental home.

Some of the surrounding neighborhoods of Sunriver include Oregon Water Wonderland, River Meadows, Crosswater, Vandevert Ranch, and Caldera Springs.

La Pine Oregon Neighborhoods -

Bend Oregon Neighborhoods -
Bend is generally divided up into the Westside and the Eastside. Most of the more expensive homes and developments sit west of downtown Bend like Awbrey Butte, Broken Top, and NorthWest Crossing. The more affordable homes and developments sit on the east side of Bend near St. Charles Hospital and also south of Bend in the Deschutes River Woods area. The hottly debated Juniper Ridge project which will provide a mixed use community of commercial property and a residential area on the northeast end of Bend, is in the process of being planned at this time.

Redmond Oregon Neighborhoods -
Redmond's residential areas are somewhat scattered throughout the area of Redmond Oregon. Growth has been happening both east, west and north of downtown Redmond. Redmond's most elite area for expensive homes include the top of the hill southwest of downtown, and in outer lying areas like Eagle Crest Resort area.

Sisters Oregon Neighborhoods -
Growth in Sisters is generally happneing outside of the city limits. However, there are many new condos and town homes that sit right outside of town on the southwest side of Sisters.
